You can change the type (shape) of a frame by clicking on it and selecting the frame icon that appears in the Transformation Tool. If you want to remove an object from a frame, drag it out of the frame at any time. Hold the ALT (⌥ OPTION for Mac) key while dragging or clicking on a frame to move, scale, or rotate it separately. Drag any corner to increase or decrease its size or to rotate it. When the frame is selected, you will see a blue box. Make sure you are zoomed out far enough to view the whole frame to select it.
